Q: What church is Godspeed from?
A: Godspeed is not directly affiliated with a specific church. The members of Godspeed go to several different churches in the Southern Maryland area.
Q: What religion is Godspeed?
A: The group is considered "non-denominational"; all members are Christians.
Q: How much does it cost to book Godspeed to play a concert?
A: Nothing. Godspeed plays for free. Find out more about booking.
Q: How much do the musicians in Godspeed get paid?
A: Nothing. The musicians in Godspeed are all 100% volunteers.
Q: If I contribute to Godspeed in a love offering, what does the money get used for?
A: The love offering is Godspeed's only way to fund ongoing expenses. Some of these expenses include licensing
through Christian Copyright Licensing International, sound equipment purchase and repair, advertising, and insurance.
In some cases, Godspeed will also designate a love offering for a particular charitable cause. Those causes are named on a case-by-case basis
and the congregation is always informed ahead of time.
Q: Does Godspeed have a CD?
A: Not currently. However, we are hoping to start working on a new CD soon, and when we do, it will definitely be announced on our web site.
