Booking Godspeed
We are looking forward to hearing from you to book Godspeed at your community event or at your church. Below
are some guidelines that we hope are helpful in planning a Godspeed concert.
Guidelines:
- Your group may book Godspeed, free of charge.
- We usually play a full length concert, that is, one 60-minute set or two sets of approximately 45 minutes each. However, this timeline
is flexible and we can discuss other timing options, shorter or longer.
- We can also play at your church's worship service; however, careful planning needs to go into this!
Please discuss this with us when you send your booking request.
- Since we are an 8-piece band, we need space for 8 people (and all our equipment) to play. A general space guideline for our "staging" area
is about 20 ft. X 20 ft... but it does not have to be on a "stage".
- In light of our mission to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible, we prefer to play for groups of 100 people or more.
- We will help you promote the concert by sending an announcement to our growing e-mail list.
We will also consider other advertising venues on a case-by-case basis.
- Godspeed plays for free. We NEVER charge admission to our concerts. In some cases, Godspeed plays at community events
that charge a small admission fee (for example, carnivals, fairs, home shows); however, this fee does not go to Godspeed.
- Since we play for free, an optional love offering is generally taken to help fund the ministry.
The members of Godspeed are always booking dates for Worship concerts.
